Data Protection

• All our records are covered by the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and will be used for the administration of the Society.

• The Society holds information about members so it can fulfil its function.

• This data is primarily used to generate labels for our mailings and to keep records of payment.

• The Society does not share any information about its members to any outside body. Any requests are refused.

• We do not publish a general membership list.

• Only Officers requiring information to carry out the functions of the Society are allowed access to this data.
