The Committee

The Society Trustees form the Management Committee made up of the six principle officers (Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Officer, Publications Officer and Information Officer) and up to six others.

All are elected by the Annual General Meeting in accordance with the constitution. In addition the Trustees appoint other Officers to assist them in the running of the Society.

Committee Meetings

Members of the Society who would like to raise any issue with the Committee should contact the Secretary.

The 2008 committee meetings are:

Saturday, 12th January
Sunday, 30th March
Saturday, 21st June
Saturday, 20th September

The 2008 Annual General Meeting will be on Saturday, 11th October.

The 2009 committee meetings are:

Saturday, 10th January
Sunday, 22nd March
